However, only a few moved forward in the process, and none resulted in a job offer.

Amidst his job search, Akbar came across a job opening posted by Sanberhub on Instagram—a platform dedicated to skill development. Seizing the moment, he applied without hesitation. The interview was successful, and within an hour, Akbar received the news—he was accepted by one of Sanberhub’s clients.
Gaining Experience and Overcoming Challenges
As a headhunting platform, Sanberhub continued to monitor their candidates. They kept an eye on Akbar for three months and received positive feedback. In less than seven months, Akbar was trusted to be involved in various projects, from website development to creating dashboards for clients’ products set to launch.
Akbar gained a lot of experience and new challenges from our clients. His journey to becoming a Tech Writer was not easy and involved many processes, but he remained consistent and eventually became a trusted Tech Writer.
