Adapting to technology is indeed necessary after the pandemic, the development of technology has increased, especially in the IT world. Actually, it is not obligatory for everyone to learn IT, but at least we can adapt to the increasingly massive digital development. And this phenomenon is realized by one of Sanberhub’s talents named Ikhwan Bayu Adhi Setiawan.
Bayu has a background in Management, which of course has no connection with IT. However, Bayu realizes that the development of technology, especially in the IT world and this becomes a motivation for him to learn IT. He started from scratch with Sanbercode by joining the SuperBootcamp.
Of course, it wasn’t easy for Bayu to navigate something he had never seen before. But Bayu didn’t give up, especially with supportive mentors backing him up.
He learned many things during his time at Sanbercode, starting from basic HTML tags, CSS, Javascript, and various other programming languages. His desire to delve deeper grew stronger as Bayu received great support from mentors and colleagues. He was often invited to collaborate on projects, which sharpened his skills and challenged him to dive deeper into the IT world.
The pinnacle was when Bayu finally landed a job as a Fullstack Developer at one of Sanberhub’s partner companies. In that company, he found a supportive team that added to his enthusiasm for work.
That was Bayu’s story when he tried to adapt to the world of technology. This is evidence that everyone can achieve whatever they want as long as we keep trying and diligently learning according to the dreams we want to achieve.
